Terms of Use for “Pure Nature”

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Pure Nature mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App.

3. Description of the Service

Pure Nature provides immersive natural soundscapes intended for relaxation, focus, meditation, sleep, and general well-being.

The App does not require account creation and can be used without providing personal information.

4. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 4+, in accordance with Apple’s App Store age rating.

By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

5.1 Available Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases:

• Monthly subscription
• Annual subscription
• Lifetime access (one-time purchase)

Subscriptions provide full access to all available and future soundscapes during the subscription period.

5.2 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Pricing may vary by region and is displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase.

5.3 Cancellation

You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

The Owner does not manage subscriptions directly and cannot cancel them on your behalf.

5.4 Refunds

All payments are handled by Apple.
Refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies and must be submitted through the App Store.

6. License and Acceptable Use

6.1 License Grant

The Owner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App and its audio content for personal, non-commercial use only.

6.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly perform the audio content
• Use the content for commercial purposes
• Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the App’s source code
• Share or resell access to the App or its content

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to:

• audio recordings
• sound design
• text
• branding
• logos
• app design

is the exclusive property of the Owner or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided for general wellness and relaxation purposes only.

It is not intended as medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and should not be used as a substitute for professional care.

Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for:

• any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• loss of data, revenue, or profits
• interruptions or errors in the App’s operation

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.

10. Termination

The Owner may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Changes will be effective upon publication within the App or on the relevant website.
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
